THE APARTMENT (see photos below):
  • SIZE: a generous 70 square metres including common parts (63 nett). 
  • SLEEPS: four persons maximum.
  • VIEWS: an oblique sea and beach view from the lounge, bedroom, and balcony. View of hillside to the rear.
  • AIR CONDITIONING: the lounge and the bedroom have separate a/c units for extra comfort and convenience. They are also able to heat the air if required.
  • BED LINEN AND TOWELS: Freshly laundered weekly.
  • SATELLITE TV: over 60 channels (in English and European languages).
  • ENTRANCE: hallway with intercom and storage.
  • LIVING ROOM: dual-aspect lounge with kitchen and dining areas.
  • BEDROOM: one versatile double / twin bedroom with plentiful storage.
  • BATHROOM: WC, wash-hand basin with mirror and glass shelves; quality shower cabin; extractor fan; fully tiled walls & floor.
  • BALCONY: 4.5 sq metres, sea and beach views. Accessible from the lounge and the bedroom.

Sumptuous sofas convert into adult-size beds simply by removing the cushions. 

Floor-to-ceiling curtains with separately hung white linings and plain voile net curtains, all may be independently drawn, just like in the best hotels!

The kitchen area is fitted out in a modern easy-care style with generous storage and preparation space. A refrigerator, full size induction hob, fan oven, microwave oven, and washing machine are provided, as well as an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, all necessary crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, tableware and lots of other useful things.

The bedroom sleeps two people in comfort. The beds have pocket-sprung mattresses and hygienic foam mattress toppers, and their design allows sleeping together or separated. There is a six-drawer chest and a double door wardrobe to swallow up your clothes, and spare bed linen and pillows are provided. The floor is smart laminated wood.

A further two adults or children can sleep on the comfortable full-length sofa-beds in the lounge. The cushions are simply removed.  If required, we can provide a baby cot and bedding at no extra charge.

The dining area will comfortably seat four persons around a generously sized solid beech wood table.

BG4-08 156 shower.jpg The bathroom is fully tiled and consists of a wash hand basin in white, a matching close-coupled WC unit, and a shower cubicle with white tray, roller doors, safety glass, and chrome trim.  This room also houses a wall-hung thermostatically controlled boiler for hot water throughout the apartment. It is ventilated by an extractor fan unit. Above the wash basin is an illuminated mirror and shelf fitment, and we have fitted plenty of hooks and towel rails.

Stylish metal-framed chairs and a matching table are also provided for use on the balcony. Other useful equipment includes an iron and ironing board, and a clothes-drying rack for the balcony.


Our apartment is professionally serviced by an English-speaking Managing Agent in Varna, who will organise the cleaning and preparation of the apartment prior to your arrival, will meet you at Varna airport, drive you to the apartment and settle you in.  You will be able to contact him by telephone during normal office hours, as well as  7 days a week in the event of an emergency. He will be happy to help you enjoy your stay in any way he can.

The apartment's own bed-linen and towels will be freshly laundered and changed each week (or if you prefer, just at the start of your occupancy). 

We do appreciate your co-operation with day-to-day cleaning and tidying, and considerate use of the facilities. Breakages and damage will usually be deducted from your deposit unless they are of a minor nature.

The apartment will be especially suitable for anyone who suffers from allergies, as neither smoking nor pets are allowed. This also helps us to maintain a high standard of freshness and hygiene.

The apartment is situated on the first floor ( = level 2) of a building containing 17 apartments, constructed by a well-established Bulgarian company.  The building has an easterly aspect, the apartment faces south.

There is secure access via Intercom. Car parking at the rear of the building, behind controlled gates, is normally reserved for owners' vehicles, but we can sometimes arrange for space for our guests. Parking areas outside are quite safe, though in peak season daytime it may not always be possible to park exactly where you would prefer.

Access to all the apartments is from the rear of the building, by communal staircase or  lift.

Level one of the building  (the ground floor) comprises a coffee bar and shops.  None of these facilities should be open during unsocial hours.
